About

Finding a place in a synagogue community can be as daunting as it is exhilarating. As a Jewish community, PSJC provides a place to share in prayer, study and thought, mark rites of passage, and make lasting and meaningful friendships

PSJC is characterized by:

  • Dedication to God, Torah and mitzvot
  • Practice of Conservative egalitarian Judaism
  • Desire for community and connection
  • Concern for the future of our children and their education
  • Commitment to the welfare of the greater community
PSJC warmly welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds, affiliations, family structures and sexual orientations. Interfaith families have long been a part of the PSJC community. Our members include those with little religious education or training, those with extensive Jewish learning, those who have left Judaism and decided to return and those who have become Jews by choice.

Please get to know our community. We look forward to getting to know you.
